HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Here at With This Kiss we have made it our mission to make ordering fabulous flowers and gifts as easy as possible.

We offer NEXT DAY DELIVERY for our luxury flower bouquets and arrangements. Orders must be placed before 9pm Queensland time the day prior for delivery.
Fill in the details of the lucky recipient - their name, full delivery address, their mobile number (required in case we cannot access their front door) and that oh so special message you want written on the gift card in the check out process
Sit back and relax knowing that you have organised the perfect gift to be designed by our professional team and hand delivered by our couriers. We will keep you updated throughout the order process so you know exactly once the gift has left the studio and you can even track it all the way to the delivery address. Once delivered, check the tracking link sent to you by text message and you will see a photo of the gift you sent in real time.
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Your delivery charges will be calculated in the cart upon checkout. Areas include the Gold Coast, regional Gold Coast suburbs, Tweed Coast, Kingscliff and south to Byron Bay. Our team personally deliver blooms in local Gold Coast locations, and for further afield, we utilise personalised courier services such as zoom2u or Uber Delivery. WHEN DOES MY ORDER NEED TO BE PLACED?
For gift flowers and hampers, please place your order before 9pm Queensland time for next day delivery Monday - Saturday.
For Signature Menu Wedding and Event florals, orders must be placed 14 days prior to allow us to order your very special roses and exotic blooms direct from our suppliers.
WHAT FLOWERS WILL BE IN MY ORDER?
We do love luxury blooms including roses, dahlias, tulips, peonies and hydrangea, however, please be mindful that flowers, like fruit, are seasonal.
This means that sometimes the flowers that we absolutely love, and that you may desire might not be available.
We can sometimes source flowers that are out of season in Australia from foreign territories, but this does increase the costs significantly. With the impacts of COVID-19 we have seen a dramatic decrease in availability of imported flowers. Some regions where they grow have been so drastically affected by this horrid virus, that they cannot sustain business to keep up with demands.
All flowers are a product of Mother Nature and all environmental factors can affect the prices. Not unlike the price of bananas that sky-rocket after storms have affected their growing regions, the same occurs to flowers. Severe storms can quickly destroy crops and therefore the demand on the few crops left undamaged can increase prices. We endeavour to source the most beautiful blooms for you at the best prices. Where possible, we source from local growers and continue to support local farms.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
We deliver Monday to Saturday (excluding all Gold Coast, State and national public holidays) for gift flower deliveries, and Monday - Sunday for wedding and event florals.
Our couriers generally complete all deliveries for business addresses between 1pm - 5pm and residential addresses between 1pm - 7pm.
Please note we can not meet requests for timed deliveries.
Deliveries to residential addresses will be left in a safe place if no answer when delivery attempt is made.
With This Kiss does not accept responsibility for orders which miss their intended recipient if they leave work early or are not available at their business address when delivery is made.
Whilst the team at With This Kiss will endeavour to deliver to schools in a timely fashion, we cannot guarantee delivery to any schools before 3pm. All deliveries to schools will be delivered to administration offices only and not to direct classrooms, teachers or students.
Deliveries to hospitals and care facilities will be at the directive of hospital staff. Current COVID restrictions prevent unnecessary personal within hospital and care facilities areas and often we are asked to deliver to an administration office to avoid any interaction with patients and residents who may be high risk. Please also note that any deliveries made to hospitals will only occur if staff can confirm recipient has not been discharged. If they have been discharged we will contact the sender to coordinate payment of re-delivery fees and order will be dispatched next working day.
HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED?
You will receive an email or text confirmation once your order been delivered, so please ensure you place YOUR details in the billing section of the check out process. You will also receive an email of confirmation once the order is complete (only option for orders placed outside of Australia)
WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED FOR THE ORDER?
For Residential Addresses - Please note that many secure residential apartment buildings will not allow entry for our couriers to leave flowers and gifts at apartment doors. Also many Gold Coast residential buildings with managers will not accept a delivery on behalf of a tenant.
Therefore when placing your order, please ensure that couriers will be able to gain access to the front door of property.
If our drivers cannot leave flowers and gifts in a safe location they will be returned to our studio and a re-delivery fee will apply for delivery the following working day.
For Business Addresses - Please provide the name of the business and whether the flowers and gifts should be delivered to reception, a loading dock or building concierge.
For Hospital Deliveries - Please provide the name of the hospital, the name of the ward and bed number if flowers are for a patient. Or name of ward or department if flowers are for an employee.
Once blooms have been delivered to the hospital concierge or ward front desk we cannot be held responsible for the blooms getting to the patient.
If the patient has been discharged the gift will be returned to the With This Kiss studio and a re-delivery fee will apply for next day delivery.
COVID-19 Hospital Update - Queensland Health has advised all health facilities to restrict the number of contractors entering buildings, therefore flowers will be left with reception where possible for hospital staff and volunteers to deliver to rooms. We adhere to all requirements at hospitals and respect their decisions to limit the number of people entering wards. Therefore, you may receive notification from us that your gift has been delivered, but it may not yet have been given to the recipient - this is determined by hospital staff.
For School or University Deliveries - For schools, all blooms will be delivered to school reception only. Our couriers are not able to continue into the school grounds for a personal delivery to recipients. All deliveries will be left with a school representative.
For university deliveries, please note the department and office location for university employee and our couriers will attempt to delivery directly, Some universities will not allow couriers onsite for deliveries, and in these circumstances, blooms will be left with university administration only if they are willing to take responsibility for the delivery.
Hotel Guest Deliveries - when ordering for a special someone's holiday stay on the Gold Coast, please note that most hotel reception staff will not accept the delivery for the recipient unless they have already checked in. Many of our customers like to organise with hotels directly to have the flowers taken to the room prior to the guests arriving as a special surprise. If you have coordinated this with the hotel, please let us know so we can remind concierge at the time of delivery.
COVID-19 Quarantine Hotels - Deliveries will be left with defence force guards, police or hotel staff at quarantine hotels only if they will accept them. we cannot guarantee that hotels will accept delivery on behalf of those in quarantine. When placing your order for known quarantine hotels, please advise as much detail as possible, including the room number to ensure deliveries as streamlined.
OH NO ! I MADE A MISTAKE ON THE ORDER - WHAT DO I DO?
Contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with amended details and your order number. If the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to make delivery that day.
Our couriers will deliver to the address supplied - With This Kiss does not take responsibility for deliveries made to addresses if incorrectly supplied on the order.
If you are unsure if the recipient will be home, please advise a safe place to leave the flowers (eg. in carport / near front door / on verandah)
Special delivery instructions can be entered as additional information on the notes section for the gift card during checkout process. You will also be asked during the check out process to advise of where you would like flowers left in case recipient is not home.
If special instructions are not received, our couriers will try to find a safe place to leave the flowers - such as the front verandah of a house or at the front door of an apartment - and a photo of where they have been placed will be taken.
** If our couriers determine there is no safe place to leave the order, they will be returned to our studio for redelivery the following day (this will incur a $20 re-delivery fee).
Please note: We can not accept responsibility for any orders which are lost or stolen when left unattended. Nor can we accept responsibility for any incorrect or invalid delivery addresses.
Our couriers are unable to make multiple delivery attempts on the same day. They also are not able to re-address the gift and deliver to a new address if the recipient is not home.
Any undeliverable orders will be returned to our studio and placed in water overnight. We will contact the person that has placed the order to determine further instructions for a second delivery next day and a minimum $20 re-delivery fee will be incurred for local suburbs, and a full external courier fee will incur for regional areas.
This minimal fee covers the cost of the return of goods to the studio and a second courier delivery only. We do not charge an administration fee.
