How far in advance should you order your Small Wedding & Elopement online florals?
We require a minimum of 4 weeks notice for your order.
Can I have a consultation?
Our Small Wedding & Elopement online florals do not include a consultation.
Can I change my order or add to it at a later date?
Changes in colour palettes are permitted up to 30 days prior to delivery date - simply email our team at florals@withthiskiss.com quoting your order number and advise of your changes - our team will be in touch to coordinate with you.
Can I get a refund for my order if I change my mind?
For cancellations we will supply a 50% refund for if you contact us at least 30 days prior to the delivery date. Within 30 days of your delivery date, no refund will be available as flowers will have been ordered and paid for with our suppliers and farmers.
